About Me...
Kristen Lassiter, E-RYT, YAECP
Kristen primarily teaches Vinyasa yoga since 2009. Her strengths as an instructor include being able to teach a variety of asanas within one class, offering different layers for different levels of practice and never making yoga appear intimidating. Kristen places emphasis on making yoga ones own and encourages students to take their practice to a level in which they feel comfortable and safe, yet challenged.

Welcome!
Whether you are newer to yoga or have a long established practice, I can help guide you toward your goals. I teach in person classes in the Fort Collins/Loveland (Colorado) area. I also offer all levels for private and group sessions, either personal or online. Additionally, I am available for teacher trainings, leading lectures on yoga philosophy, as well as instructing adjustments & assists.
